We give advice on the following types of finance;
  • Residential and buy to let – UK regulated/ non regulated loans sourced from a wide variety of banks and building societies, as well as lenders that will look at non UK property and non UK nationals. We have access to most of the high street banks, private banks, as well as some offshore banks.
  • Commercial – we have relationships with banks and specialist lenders, many of which offer a flexible and bespoke approach to commercial finance. We are also on the preferred panels of some lenders.
  • Development finance – we help both experienced and inexperienced developers via high street banks, specialist development lenders, hybrid lenders, private individuals (JV arrangements) and funds.
  • Bridging finance is accessed through principal, hybrid lenders and also private sources of capital.
  • Lombard lending – we provide increased flexibility for clients looking to leverage against their investment portfolios and other liquid assets without the need to liquidate their assets. This can be an extremely effective way of leveraging debt, not only from a pricing perspective but also due to that fact that banks do not classify this type of borrowing as ‘regulated’. These facilities are available through our trusted network of UK and offshore private banks.
