Lettings Fees
Our standard lettings fees vary from 8% -10%, managed & fully managed. We guarantee* the lowest fees for lettings management. Landlords can increase their returns by listing their property with Town & Country as we achieve higher rent per calendar month for our Landlords, provide quality tenants and promise to beat any genuine fees offered by other agencies.
